Good eye. This video was created by a French animator called "Barzolff." Apparently, the artist was curious to see if he could fool anybody, which resulted in his faked video being covered seriously by the
LA Times. Which is amazing considering most people asked about the video instantly said it was not genuine. It you look closely, you will see that all of the palm trees are exactly the same.

Unlike the video shown to the left, no artist has come forward to claim this video as his or her work, which is usually the case with well produced and publicized hoaxes. Seeing as "Barzolff" got his name in news around the world, it might do well for one's career to create such hoaxes and claim them later.
True. This video was released in 2005 by prominent Italian researcher and journalist, Paola Harris, after she received it under "mysterious circumstances." The cassette was analyzed in Hollywood and shown to have been copied 7 times, and that the object seen in the video is something real. The video was shot in the Veneto region of Italy at a place called Ponte di Giulio, near Aviano NATO Base. The location is a dry riverbed where the military holds maneuvers, which supports the idea that this is video of a highly secret man-made vehicle.
