WHAT OTHERS THINK

Currently, there are many credible people advocating the disclosure of information related to the UFO phenomenon. Some include former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer, who stated in a lecture in 2005 that “UFOs are as real as the planes that fly over your head.”

These types of statements are not new, however. In 1960, the first director of the CIA, Vice Admiral Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter, said in a signed statement to Congress, “It is time for the truth to be brought out... Behind the scenes high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about the UFOs.”

Photo Journailist Bob Hite is a Coast Guard licensed captain, a pilot, diver, and an accomplished horseman and marksman. He is a life member of the U.S. Marine Corps Combat Correspondents Association, the Broadcast Pilots Association and the International Documentary Association. Mr. Hite has won seven Emmy Awards for cinematography, videography, writing and editing.

Dr. Daniel Bass received his PhD in anthropology from the University of Michigan and examines the interplay of ethnic, religious and national identities, and how minority communities in nations beset by violence try to get their voices heard above the din. His research is focused primarily in Sri Lanka and South India. Dr. Bass teaches such classes, as The Religious Experience, Culture and Society and Anthropology of Global Popular Culture at Florida Atlantic University.
